Associate Counsellor
Lindsey Valair RPC
From my beginnings in healthcare to advocating for employee care as a public servant, I have always been drawn to the helping profession. I pursued a diploma in psychology, specializing in professional counselling as I am driven by a desire to support mental health in the community.
I believe that children, youth and adults have within us the ability to learn to deal with life’s stressors and manage the way we deal with the trials and tribulations that life brings our way. As a mother, wife, sister, daughter, friend, and co-worker, I bring to my practice a blend of lived mental health/life experience, education and a holistic approach while maintaining the philosophy that we’re all capable humans and all go through growth experiences…You don’t have to go through them alone.

Associate Counsellor
Emma Wheeler RPC-C
With over twenty years of experience supporting families through the profound transition of parenthood, I understand firsthand the complexities of balancing caregiving and personal well-being. This experience led me to complete a diploma in psychology and counselling.
I’m excited to continue supporting families by providing a safe, supportive space to help you rediscover resilience, nurture self-love, and find balance for yourself and your family.
Starting and raising a family is a journey filled with immense joy, but it also brings challenges such as infertility, miscarriage, infant loss, postpartum mood disorders, relationship stresses, parenting struggles, and the difficulty of caring for everyone else while tending to yourself. My passion lies in helping families navigate these challenges and fostering strength and resilience along the way.
As your counsellor, I take a nonjudgmental, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to creating a personalized treatment plan and setting meaningful goals. Together, we will work to overcome life’s challenges and help you become the best version of yourself despite any negative experiences that may feel overwhelming.
